Kuidas saan osalustasu maksta?

Pärast registreerimisvormi täitmist saadab TSS-i tiim sulle kinnituskirja, milles on tasumise info. Tasumine toimub pangaülekandega. Kui vajad arvet, anna sellest TSS-i tiimile teada.

Kui kiiresti pean maksma?

Pärast kinnituskirja saamist palume tasuda osalustasu 7 päeva jooksul. Kui makse ei laeku tähtajaks, võidakse broneering tühistada.

Ma ei ole veel kinnituskirja saanud. Mida ma tegema pean?

Tõenäoliselt oled ootenimekirjas. Kontrolli ka, et sisestasid õige e-posti aadressi. Vajadusel kirjuta swingtartu[at]gmail.com.

Mida tähendab ootenimekirjas olemine?

Registreerumisel lisatakse sind automaatselt ootenimekirja. Jälgime gruppides juhtide-järgijate tasakaalu, seega kinnituskirja saabumine sõltub sellest, kui palju on registreerunud vastasrolli tantsijaid. Kogemus näitab, et üksi registreerujad on kauem ootenimekirjas. Soovitame leida partneri, kellega koos registreeruda (partner tähendab teises rollis osalejat (juht/järgija) samas grupis). NB! Registreerime maksimaalselt ühe lisaosaleja iga 6 paari kohta.

Kas pean registreeruma koos partneriga?

Ei pea. Samas tagab koos partneriga samasse gruppi registreerumine mõlemale koha tundides. NB! Mõlemad peavad siiski eraldi registreeruma.

Mis juhtub, kui lennud ei jõua õigel ajal kohale vmt?

Kui õpetajad ei jõua Eestisse, sest nende lennud tühistatakse (nt streigi või suure hilinemise tõttu), püüab Tartu Swing leida lahenduse tundide toimumiseks, kuid ilmselgelt me ei saa garanteerida, et välja kuulutatud tunnid sel juhul aset leiavad.

Tühistamine ja tagasimaksed

Ostetud pileteid ei saa tühistada. Raha ei tagastata, välja arvatud juhul, kui korraldajad on sunnitud ürituse tühistama. Kui sa ei saa osaleda, anna sellest meile meilitsi teada. Saad oma pileti edasi anda samas rollis ja tasemel osalejale – leia oma piletile ostja ja saada meile uue osaleja nimi.

Kui festival jääb ära korraldajatest tulenevatel põhjustel, tagastatakse osalustasu 100%.

Andmekaitse

Üritusel tehakse fotosid ja videoid. Neid kasutatakse Tartu Swingi sotsiaalmeedias ja veebilehel ning võidakse kasutada soovi korral ka õpetajate või bändi poolt. Ostes pileti, nõustud, et võid nendel fotodel ja videotel näha olla. Festivali korraldamiseks kogutud isikuandmeid säilitab MTÜ Tartu Swing 2 aastat.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay the participation fee?

After you’ve filled out the registration form, the TSS team will send you a confirmation email. In that email will be information about payment. We’ll ask you to make a bank transfer. If you need a receipt, then please let the TSS team know.

How quickly do I have to pay?

Once you’ve received the confirmation email from the TSS team, we ask that you pay the participation fee within 7 days. If payment is not received within the specified payment deadline, the event booking may be cancelled.

I’ve not yet received the confirmation email. What should I do?

You are probably on the waiting list. Also please make sure that you gave us your correct email address. If necessary, please contact swingtartu[at]gmail.com.

What does it mean to be on the waiting list?

During the registration period, you’ll be added automatically to the waiting list. We are keeping track of the lead-follow balance in groups, so the arrival of your confirmation email depends on how many dancers of the opposite role have signed up. In our experience, those who register without a partner will probably be on the waiting list for longer. For that reason, we recommend that you look for someone you can register with (a person’s “partner” means: someone in the other role (lead/follow) in the same group). NB! We’ll register at most one extra participant for every 6 lead-follow pairs.

Do I have to register with a partner?

Nope. However, registration with a partner to the same group guarantees a place for both in the classes. NB! Both partners should still register separately.

What happens if flights don’t arrive on time, etc.?

If it happens that the teachers don’t arrive to Estonia because their flights were cancelled (a strike, a cancellation, an extreme delay), then Tartu Swing will try to find a way to make the classes happen, but obviously we cannot guarantee the classes announced would take place in this instance.

Cancellation and Reimbursement

All ticket sales are final – no refunds unless we cancel the event. Can’t make it? Write us an e-mail and let us know. You can transfer your ticket to someone else in the same role and the same level – just find the person who wants to buy your ticket and email us the name of the new pass owner.

If the festival is cancelled for reasons relating to the organizers (personal reasons), the participants will get a 100% reimbursement of the participation fee.

Data Protection

Photographs and videos will be made at the event. They’ll be used on Tartu Swing’s social media accounts and webpage and may be used by the teachers or the band if they so wish. By buying a ticket to the festival, you agree to be on those photos and videos. Personal data collected for organizing the festival will be held by MTÜ Tartu Swing for only 2 years.
